Service Questions
We use a bucket, squeegee, soap, and water for a streak-free finish. For higher windows, we use a pole to extend our reach.
Yes! We can clean windows that are higher up using a pole and squeegee. However, we currently do not use ladders for second-story or extremely high windows.
Basic window cleaning removes most dirt and grime, but hard water stains may require a separate restoration process. Let us know if you have hard water buildup, and we’ll assess the situation.
Yes! We wipe down screens and sills as part of our service.

Not necessarily. If we are only cleaning exterior windows, we can complete the job as long as we have access.
